Kristīne Jacino
Biography
Kristīne Jacino is the author of the educational book series for children Kur Rodas [The Origin]. Stories of the books explain the origin and production process of the most used products in our diets, such as flour and milk. Kristīne Jacino has a PhD degree in Food Science from the Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies department of Food Technologies.
